This group was established in 1996 to confirm the products and parts/units production processes (Automotive Industry) consistent with   reference standards. Scope of Activities 1-Inspection -Inspection of  imported goods. Supervision over and confirmation of the imported items as in BOM based on inspection standards and plans. -Inspection during manufacturing. Supervision over production process, searching the causes of faults and prevention from production of inconsistent products. -Inspection of end product. Confirmation of end product based on standards emphasizing standard sampling tables. 2-Auditing -Product Auditing. Quantifying the quality of final products through periodic assessment of products using SQFE model, and determining the quality improvement trend of final product. -Process Auditing. Quantifying the quality of production process of the suppliers using SOGEDOC standards of France, for assessing the suppliers and contractors and determining the quality improvement trend of the production process. -Rendering consultation, identifying the problems and complications of production process. 3-Product Formation Stages (APQP/PPAP) -Confirming the formation stages of the product of mass constructors through: -Examination and assurance of the authenticity and efficiency of the functional and standard drawings of the product, of the qualitative records of the part, of technical particulars of products and process, examining the authenticity of formulation of DFMEA, PFMEA & FMEA of the product to make sure of the potentialities of manufacturing process fault, its effects, and to the authenticity and sufficiency of the formulated control plans.   4-Administration of Quality Improvement Techniques -Six Sigma Project :  This project is defined to reduce the number of  inconsistent items through reduction of changes of product or process particular.
