In the line with nationalization of standards, Iranian standard and Industrial Research Institute has been assigned to draw up national standards. The current activities of ISIRI are as follows: - Drawing up a standard for fire engines by ISIRI - Drawing up a standards of Hydraulic Vehicle Carrier Lifts by ISIRI - Drawing up standards for escalators by ISIRI - Drawing up standards for automotive parts and components by ISIRI - The company has been selected to administer research projects of Iranian Industrial Development and Renovation, of which one project is as follow: "Inspection quality promotion Research plan for Machinery and Equipments of oil industry,refineries and pipelines"
